Keynote Speaker: Scott K. Edinger
Attendees won't want to miss the Keynote Address by Scott K. Edinger. Enhancing the Restoration & Insurance Claims Ecosystem

Attendees can also take advantage of RIA’s pre-convention training courses for Project Management and Building Construction & Science. The Project Management course guides restoration professionals through the entire project life cycle. It covers project initiation, planning, execution, performance, and closure, providing practical tips for effective project management. The RIA Building Construction & Science course provides an in-depth understanding of building components and systems, including foundations, framing, roofing, and more. These two-day, expert-led training courses are prerequisites for RIA designations and are valid for 13 CE credits.

New, Exciting Advocacy & Government Affairs (AGA) Updates
The RIA's Advocacy and Government Affairs (AGA) team works hard to help members address industry challenges and legislative developments for the best interests of restoration contractors. This year’s convention will include the release of the 2025 TPA Scorecard Report, launch of the RIA 2025 Cost of Doing Business Survey powered by knowhow, and insights from Mark Springer, RIA’s Carrier Relations Advocate on the state of RIA’s carrier relations advocacy work.

King Lifetime Achievement Award. This year’s ceremony will also celebrate RIA’s new Emerging Leaders Award in partnership with C&R Magazine to celebrate the next generation of leaders who are paving the way for the future of restoration.
